Jefferson ISD offers a $5000 New Teacher stipend (for any certified teacher new to Jefferson ISD) paid in two installments, $3500 the first full year of employment and $1500 the second full year of employment. 

Jefferson ISD offers a stipend for teaching tested academic areas of $400 per class period.

JISD is fully approved for Teacher Incentive Allotment for grades K-12 core content areas and CTE.
